Stayed here with my son and sister in a King Suite. The bed was very comfortable and plenty big enough for my sister and I, and the couch was a pullout that my son slept on. The mattress on the couch was a little flimsy, but he said it was still OK. I didn't get to try the pool. There were a lot of kids in it (which is fine, they were having a great time and there was a wedding party), but there is a very nice sitting area outside of the pool/ eating area. Overall, it was a very nice stay, we will return.

I was a little apprehensive about staying in Kansas City, but this hotel was much better than I expected! It's in a great area with everything you'd need nearby, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculate! If you want something nice without overspending, I'd highly recommend taking a look!

Pool is very warm. Everything is clean. Breakfast was well stocked. No microwave in room, but there was one in the lobby.

The options were limited around this area and I only stay Marriott. Here for business. The beds were comfortable, the room was dated and had stains on the curtains. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. But, it was terrible.

Our initial room had a very intense perfumed odor, to the point it was irritating our airways. We asked to be moved to a second room. The second room did not have a similar odor, but there was a wet washcloth in the bathtub which indicated at a minimum it had not been cleaned, or even worse it was used by the previous guest. As a Gold member, I should also have access to high speed internet. I was not able to connect to the wifi in either room using my last name and room # so I called the front desk who connected me with a help desk. The help desk was not able to solve the issue either so they offered to set up each device via the IP address. With 4 people and multiple devices this was too much of a hassle so I used my own mobile data. At breakfast while there was a variety of choices, the oatmeal was so thick it wouldn't come out of the laddle. I don't expect a Fairfield to be on par with a 4-5* property, but I do at a minimum expect the room to be clean, and the amenities to function. I did not get what I paid for hence the negative review.

I like the location of the hotel. It was staffed by courteous employees. Has a good breakfast buffet. My only dislike is that they don't clean your room each day.

Each morning when I woke up to start my day here at the hotel I was greeted by Gabrielle who is so friendly, courteous, and helpful. She went well above expectations which goes along way for a business traveler like myself! Thank you!!!
